The Chaos Insurgency are a group who used to be part of the SCP Foundation, known as the Insurgency. But splintered off as they were filled with defectors and seeks to collapse the Foundation and use the SCPs for their own use. They have a few ranks and will appear in battle when the Foundation is weak and distracted.
